Last year I did a deep dive into the Jewish Seder meal and Passover symbolisms. It has been one of my favorite studies to date. I put together a Christian Seder, educational material, and personal outlines to help others who want to learn more and implement it into their person worship.
We did the symbols last year as a family and I easily saw how it would make for an awesome activity for a church group. You could include a full meal if you want or you could simply do the symbols and learn what they represented then and what they mean to us today. You could also do the paper version of the symbols if you don't want to do any food at all. It's so flexible. This would be awesome for adults, youth and even children. I'm planning to do the children version for a group of eleven year-olds and am going to suggest my college kiddo do the "From Passover to Easter" script with her roommates. Again, so many different ways to implement - all outlined in my other post. You can grab this invite below for a free template.
